Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the The Financial Reset Group website (“Site”) and the credit repair and related services we offer (“Services”). By accessing the Site or enrolling in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

The Financial Reset Group provides credit-education and credit-report dispute assistance. Our Services include a review of your credit profile, preparation and submission of disputes to credit bureaus and creditors regarding inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or questionable items, and guidance on building a stronger credit profile. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including the removal of any particular item from your credit report or any increase in your credit score.

You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) through annualcreditreport.com.

You may also obtain a copy of your credit report at any time for a reasonable fee from each consumer reporting agency, and you may challenge the accuracy and completeness of any item on your report.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in your credit report yourself, directly with the consumer reporting agency and the creditor, at no cost.

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we are required to disclose that you may perform these dispute activities yourself, for free, without paying a credit repair company. Our Services are optional and provided for your convenience.

Results are not guaranteed and vary based on each individual credit profile. We make no representation that any specific negative item will be removed from your credit report or that your credit score will improve. Past results achieved by other clients do not guarantee similar results for you. The information and testimonials presented on our Site are for illustrative purposes only.

Fees for our Services are listed on our pricing page and at enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Unless otherwise stated, monthly memberships are billed monthly until canceled and may be canceled at any time. One-time programs are billed in full at enrollment.

In accordance with the CROA, we will not charge you for Services before they have been fully performed. Disputes and Services are considered performed as they are delivered throughout your enrollment period.

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by contacting us at info@thefinancialresetgroup.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email only. Please do not call or text to cancel, as phone requests will not be processed. Cancellation stops future billing. Refund eligibility for one-time programs is governed by the terms presented at the time of enrollment and applicable law. Any refund request must be submitted within the timeframe stated in your enrollment agreement.

We stand behind our work. If there is no change to your credit profile after 90 days of active work on your file, you may request a full refund of the fees you paid for your program. This guarantee is subject to approval and the following conditions:

• Your account must be in good standing with all required documents and information provided on time.
• You must have actively participated in the process, including responding to our requests and following the guidance provided for your file.
• The refund request must be submitted by email to info@thefinancialresetgroup.com after the 90-day period has elapsed.
• This guarantee applies to the fees paid for your program and does not cover third-party fees, credit monitoring subscriptions, or costs outside of our Services.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. This guarantee does not guarantee any specific result or the removal of any particular item, and is offered in addition to, not in place of, your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

By providing your telephone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by enrolling in our Services, you provide express written consent for The Financial Reset Group to contact you via SMS/text message, automated dialing systems, and pre-recorded messages at the number you provided. This consent applies even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list.

You understand that:

• Message and data rates may apply
• You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE
• You may receive help by replying HELP
• Opt-out applies to marketing messages; transactional account notices may still be sent as needed

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from your carrier, device, or service plan. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

To help us provide Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Upload required documents through the client portal as requested
• Notify us promptly of changes to your contact or payment information
• Cooperate with dispute preparation by responding to our requests for information
• Not misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation

We cannot be responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Financial Reset Group or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Financial Reset Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in the state of AL, except for small-claims court matters which may be brought in your local court. This section does not waive any rights you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other consumer protection laws that prohibit such waivers.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Site with the updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AL and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
